Pay for Wellness Program Using PayPal
Paying for the Wellness Program may be done in two ways:
- Subscribe to Monthly Membership (6-month agreement) or
- Pay in Full for Membership (like 6-pack paid)
Unlimited Intro Rates apply when:
- Your Monthly Massage has been received (Monthly Membership Program) or
- Anytime within 6-month period (Membership Paid in Full)
Month to Month Membership Details:
- 6-month agreement, then continues month
to month
- May only be setup with credit card or Paypal
- Includes one massage per month plus option to purchase unlimited massage at Intro Rates during membership length
- May transfer one massage per month to
friend or family
- Automated monthly deductions may be set up with a valid Credit Card (set up at office) or with Paypal subscription. After 6 month period, deductions will continue month to month until client says otherwise.
- Cancellation fee applies if terminated
early ($75 fee)
- Cancel anytime after 6 month period
without termination fee (w/30-day written notice)
- MassageLongmont.com reserves right to
cancel anytime
- Each purchased massage has one-year
expiration date
Membership Paid in Full Details:
- 6-month agreement
- When the Wellness Program is paid for in full, you may use
the 6 purchased massages at any time within 12 months
- May be purchase with Cash, Check, Credit Card or Paypal
- During the 6-month membership period you may purchase unlimited massage at Intro Rates during membership length
- May transfer one massage per month to
friend or family
- Membership benefits expire 6 months from the date of purchase
unless program is renewed with either monthly or 6-pack option
