Cancellations:

If calling to cancel an appointment outside Altitude's business hours (after 5pm or weekends), please call the therapist's cell phone directly (the last number posted on therapist's profile business card).

If you have made an appointment online, you may use the cancel option from the email generated from Genbook (time limits apply, generally 18 hour lead time). To avoid being charged for a session, please provide at least a 24-hour notice.
